We started Kindred Photography in 2012 shortly after getting married. We first met while attending the University of Hartford Art School where we both graduated with our BFA's in Photography. We take pride in our artistic and photojournalistic approach to photography and are passionate & thankful to have the opportunity to do what we love for a living.

We have photographed events together for a decade! Now, we are transitioning into a new period in our lives due to some unexpected health challenges. Ben will be photographing the events with a highly skilled and professional photographer while Kim continues to edit the images and work with our clients every step of the way. 

Our family is everything to us. When we aren't hard at work you will find us being silly and playing with our son Noah and pup Bruno. We love good coffee, the outdoors, creating, reading & playing golf.

We value how special a wedding day is and the commitment that is being made. We do all we can to be a calming, friendly & positive addition. We are passionate about what we do and that we have the opportunity to do it together. We look forward to sharing that with you.

We will never forget the moment that Noah was born, and like the grinch, our hearts immediately grew 3 times larger. We really enjoy photographing families. We have had the chance to document couples from engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn and a family session each year. It's an honor to document and watch them grow in numbers and in love as the years go by. Family is very important to us, and we look forward to meeting yours.
